Cloacal Malformation ; Case Report
Abstract
The cloacal malformation is a congenital abnormaly in which urinary, genital, and intestinal tracts converge into a common flow structure, the cloaca.
It is seen exclusively in phenotype female. The anomaly of the persistent cloaca results from partial failure of the urorectal septum to descend and devide the cloaca.
Authors experienced a case of cloacal malformation of vaginal configuration with high recto-vaginal communication.
